Prosthodontics

Prosthodontics is all about rebuilding smiles. It’s a specialized area of dentistry that uses custom artificial devices to replace missing or damaged teeth, ensuring patients can eat, speak, and smile with comfort and confidence.

Removable partial dentures (RPDs) are customized, detachable appliances for replacing one or more missing teeth, anchored to natural teeth via metal or precision attachments. They enhance chewing, restore aesthetics, and prevent shifting of remaining teeth, serving as a cost-effective alternative to fixed bridges or dental implants.

A complete denture is a removable prosthesis replacing an entire arch of missing teeth and gum tissue, utilizing acrylic to restore chewing function, speech, and aesthetics. It fits over the residual ridge, relying on suction (in the upper) or balanced contact (lower) for retention.

Dental implant restoration is the final, non-surgical step in replacing teeth, where a custom crown, bridge, or denture is attached to a fully healed implant post. It focuses on replacing or repairing the visible prosthetic component—not the titanium root in the bone—to restore the aesthetics and function of your smile.
