Dental Fillings
Warranty period: 2 years
Problem: fracture/Dislodged fills
Promise: Replace or repair — No cost to you
Terms: voided if patient do not maintain 6-month recall and Patient need to wear an occlusal guard for bite protection.
Note:- This work is covered by a two year warranty, effective from the date of initial completion. This warranty remains valid for two years from the original completion date, regardless of any subsequent repairs of fills performed during that period. It does not extend beyond the two year term.
Crowns and Bridges
Warranty period: 5 years
Problem: Breakage/ dislodgment of crown or bridge
Promise: Replace or repair — No cost to you
Terms: voided if patient do not maintain 6-month recall and Patient need to wear an occlusal guard for bite protection.
Note:- This work is covered by a five year warranty, effective from the date of initial completion. This warranty remains valid for five years from the original completion date, regardless of any subsequent repairs or replacement performed during that period. It does not extend beyond the five year term.
